Hours: 40 per week | Monday to Friday
Salary:  Up to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)

Bradford Beacon School opened in September 2025 and is now entering an exciting phase of growth and development.

We're looking for an ambitious and passionate school leader who is ready to make a lasting difference. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture of a growing school, inspire and develop a talented team, influence strategic direction, and create an exceptional learning environment for students with autism and complex needs.

Whether you're an experienced senior leader seeking your next challenge or an aspiring Headteacher ready to take the next step into Headship, this role offers the chance to lead with purpose, drive meaningful change, and leave a lasting impact on the lives of young people. The opportunity to build something truly special starts here.

Could this be your next move?

Whether you're an experienced Headteacher looking for a fresh challenge or an established Deputy Headteacher ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

We recognise that great Headteachers develop through different routes. Whilst an NPQH qualification would be advantageous, what matters most is your ability to inspire others, lead with purpose, and demonstrate the experience and potential to thrive in Headship.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues across OFG Education, with access to coaching, development and a wider network of specialist educational expertise.

Whatever your role, joining OFG Education means contributing to our shared ambition: empowering every student to success through truly personalised education.
