About Us
Outcomes First Group is the UK's largest independent provider of specialist education and care. We deliver personalised, research-led support that helps every child thrive.
As we continue to grow internationally, our Group functions play a vital role in shaping our strategy, culture and the way we connect our people across different regions.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Group Internal Communications Manager to help shape how we communicate, connect and engage with more than 7,000 colleagues across our growing international organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our CEO, Executive team and regional communications leads, delivering engaging communications that bring our 2030 strategy, organisational priorities and culture to life.
You'll take ownership of forward communications planning, develop compelling content for diverse audiences and lead communications activity across key Group initiatives.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves, whether that's developing an enterprise-wide communications plan, drafting a CEO announcement or creating content for colleagues working across our schools and services.
Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how our people understand, connect with and contribute to our future.
