Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (dependant on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start: October 2026

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of SEN needs, including Autism and complex learning needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
- Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and support each student to reach their potential.
- Develop and review individual learning plans and support strategies.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues and external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.
About You
You don't just teach. You inspire, encourage and help students believe in themselves.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required
- QTS or equivalent desired
- Has experience supporting students with SEND, including Autism.
- Is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships and brings patience, resilience and empathy.
- Can adapt learning creatively to meet individual needs.
- Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with others.
